Since entering the real estate industry in 1991, Mike's career has continued to be marked by innovation and success. In 1996, Mike and his team closed 459 transactions, more than any RE/MAX agent worldwide. And that was just a start. To date, Mike has been involved in over 4,500 real estate transactions!
Innovative ideas such as home repair and interior decorating services, and the popular Smart Seller program proved to be important stepping stones.

After working for several years in sales and management in the lease finance industry, Marika obtained her real estate license and joined Mike at Re/Max Saskatoon in 1993. When she and Mike together began to build their own real estate team, she worked as a successful realtor and also applied her organizational and management skills to set up team management systems and create client service programs. She is currently the office manager, develops client mailers, and is involved with developing new client programs.

Client Services Administrator, Visual Marketing & Social Media
Marion has been with Mike Gustus since 2004 and takes care of making sure your property details are submitted to our MLS board, follows up on showings plus all kinds of other admin stuff. She also creates our narrated listing videos, maintains our social media platforms, marketing and special projects.
